Formula of Area of Triangle:
- Area = ( s (s-a) (s-b) (s-c) ) ^ (1/2)
- where s = (a+b+c) / 2
- a , b and c are the Sides of Triangle.
Statement of C Program: Write a Program to Find the Area of a Triange , given the Three Sides of Triangle:
#include<stdio.h>
#include<conio.h>
void main()
int a, b, c, s, Area;
clrscr();
printf(" Enter the values of a,b and c\n ");
printf(" Enter the values of a,b and c\n ");
scanf(" %d %d %d " , &a, &b, &c);
S=(a+b+c)/2;
Area = sqrt ( s (s-a) (s-b) (s-c) ); // sqrt used for Square Root
printf(" Area of Triangle = %d\n " , Area);
}
Output:
Enter the values of a, b and c
